When you have received a damaged parcel(s) and/or items, which occurred during transport; please mention this to the deliverer of the parcel immediately. Email details and pictures of the damaged parcel & items to shop@rocaflor-interieur.nl. We will contact you by return.
When items are damaged during pallet transportation or through air,-& seafreight, please mention this on the freight bill and email us a copy of this. You can send this email to shop@rocaflor-interieur.nl. Please also mention details from the broken items along with pictures. We will contact you by return and to see how we can find the quickest solution for you.
