Explanation Rug Tencel TM Lyocell
The rug feels silky, the fibre gives a beautiful luxurious glow
with the light falling on the rug. The rug has a short pile and is
better for people and the environment.

The fibres are durable, biodegradable, hardwearing and have a
very good moisture regulation. Tencel TM is suitable for a healthy
interior climate and characteristically anti-allergic . The Tencel collection
rugs from Rocaflor are also fire retardant.

Tencel TM is a Lyocell fibre, made from wood pulp from fully
sustainably managed forests (FSC).

Tencel TM originated from an innovative production process whereby the
production is much less environmentally damaging. The chemicals
chemicals used are less harmful and are used almost 100% in a closed
system, creating a win-win effect for the environment and
resulting in a beautiful sustainable rug.

Care and cleaning: We recommend using tencel as a free-laying rug and not placing any furniture (such as cupboards, dining tables and chairs) on top of it to prevent prints on the rug. With light pressure, the prints can be rubbed away by hand. (Instructions for use and maintenance: please see label as per attached photo)

Regular vacuumingon low setting (minimum friction)The rug may emit slightly shaggy particles, this is normal for this rug and is not a quality issue. With regular vacuuming, this will diminish over time.

In case of stains, remove immediately; use white kitchen tissue to dab up (do not rub). In case of stain formation, we recommend calling in a professional cleaning company immediately for further professional treatment.

To preserve the rug: Avoid continuous and direct sunlight on the rug, use protectors under chairs, tables, sofas and cupboards to avoid impressions on the rug (heavy elements flatten the pile of the rug).

Do not pull on loose ends of the rug, if unexpected, check if they can be cut and use scissors.
